I went from constantly stressed, emotional eating, chronic health problems and zero sexual aliveness. To finding peace & safety in my body & comfort in my own skin. I became able to process my emotions, regulate myself easily & stop avoiding difficult feelings in food & men. In doing so, I could access realms of pleasure and sensations like never before.

A Defining Moment
I remember the date 8th August 2021, I was with some friends down at a secret cave in Ibiza. We lit a fire, drank some cacao overlooking the water as the stars beamed above us and waves crashed in front of us.
I made a choice that night. I chose myself.
Even though I knew that could mean losing my partner. I set a very clear intention. INTIMACY. First and foremost with myself. I knew for me to have the relationship I wanted, it had to start with the relationship with myself.
I cannot express enough the power of intention and owning your desires. When you choose yourself wholeheartedly you set the wheels of your desire in motion. Whether that be your intimacy, self pleasure, sexual exploration, better communication with your partner or creating rituals together. You just have to choose.

I suffered in my relationships for years. I felt profoundly alone and misunderstood. I was always searching for that deeper connection, and something felt missing, like there was more I hadn't yet discovered.
Sexually repressed for many many years, I felt ashamed to explore my sexuality like I wanted to. I chose partners I felt safe would never leave me yet who I didn’t really love.
When I finally opened my heart to love, I felt the most alive and seen I’d ever felt.
Yet in that relationship, I lost myself. And so our passion & intimacy became non existent. I turned to food for pleasure & struggled with chronic digestive problems, insomnia & body pain.
What started as the most passionate exciting and connected sexual connection I'd ever had, somehow became awkward, disconnected and eventually non-existent.
